The songs they chose were Tzena, Butterfly and a selection of Juke Box songs, all of which required the thirty children to sing in harmony. Their singing was beautiful!
On Tuesday 8th July at 6pm, Kennett schoolchildren took part in a classical evening concert at Newmarket Racecourse. Along with seven other local schools, Kennett School had ten minutes to perform a selection of songs on the stage at the July Course in Newmarket.
The evening then continued with Blake (a male quartet known for their recording of the Rugby World Cup theme song) and Natasha Marsh (who is becoming well known for her light soprano voice). The evening was enjoyed by all.
