Collective Worship

We have school assemblies each day, which incorporate acts of collective worship.

This is an important time when we come together as a school. In our acts of collective worship we listen to stories, act out mini dramas, share our achievements, sing, listen to music, reflect and pray. On Fridays, our Vicar, the Reverend Ann Haselhurst comes in and leads our assembly. On Thursdays we celebrate merit awards and class achievements through 'Good Learning' assemblies. Each class prepares a Good Learning assembly per half term and parents are always invited to these and other special occasion assemblies.

Collective worship is an integral part of school life but parents have the legal right to withdraw their child from it.
